Meeting and proposal preparation
Information needed: Authorised opportunity notes, the current catalogue and sales terms the team permits us to use.
What we prepare: We organise client context and prepare a meeting outline or proposal draft with outstanding questions flagged.
What the team receives: A summary and draft marked as awaiting review, with a proposed next step.
What a person reviews: The salesperson checks data, figures and terms against the sources and accepts the next step before using the result.
How it is assessed: Total time per proposal, including review, and corrections needed before approval, compared with the starting point.
Scope of the first step: The first step prepares drafts using agreed sources. CRM connections, sending and additional development are assessed and quoted separately.
